Multilingual guidelines

The guidelines constitute a compilation of ELIH-Med results and capitalisation activities conclusions. The discussions of the capitalization workshops will be a key input to develop the guidelines contents. Furthermore, the analysis, arguments and examples that will be developed in the policy paper will feed the guidelines.

A series of three multilingual guidelines will be elaborated on:

• Cost-effective refurbishment solutions in MED LIH => addressed to owners, technicians and professionals
• Innovative financing and use of structural funds to invest in energy performance specifically => addressed to financial institutions (banks)
• Energy efficiency policies in Med LIH => addressed to local and regional authorities.

These guidelines will gather all the available information and best practices concerning the three above-mentioned topics. They will draw up the conclusions of the experimentation at the project level and will give recommendations for transferability and adaptation of the ELIH-Med experimentation process.
